The location of the new complex
Residential complex is located on Tofig Abbasov Street in Baku, next to Tabriz Park. It is about thirteen kilometers from the complex to the city hall.
A few hundred meters away there is a small industrial zone, about a hundred meters to the busy road of Gara Garayev avenue. A railway passes six hundred meters from the complex.
In the neighborhood
There are several cafes and bars near the new complex, and the "Tabriz" cinema is located two hundred meters away. There are shops in the neighborhood, including a grocery store, and two chain supermarkets within six hundred meters.
There is a dental clinic, medical center and pharmacies nearby. General education schools No. 12, 32 and 145 named after Guliyev are located within a kilometer radius, and kindergarten No. 59 is a fifteen-minute walk away. It is about one kilometer to the "National Gymnastics Arena" sports complex.
Transportation
The nearest public transport stop is located one hundred meters from the complex, on Gara Garayev avenue. There are ten bus routes with a five-minute break. It is approximately five hundred meters from the new complex to the "Gara Garayev" metro station.
Parameters of the complex
Residential complex consists of four twenty-story buildings designed in a modern European style. The construction company applies advanced technologies that allow to ensure high earthquake resistance and good energy efficiency indicators.
Each building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, the walls are built of red ceramic bricks. The facades of the buildings are insulated with long-term ecologically safe heat insulator and covered with ventilation systems.
The project envisages panoramic glazing of windows and loggias. Window blocks are made of high-quality plastic profile and glazed with energy-saving double glazing.
