Location
Residential complex is located in Baku's Narimanov district, far from industrial zones and highways, four hundred and fifty meters from Heydar Aliyev Avenue. A railway line passes at a distance of three hundred meters. There is a park named after Samir Khasiyev nearby.
What is nearby?
Almost everything you need is near the new building. In the neighborhood there are general education school No. 66 and high school No. 3, a little later two more schools - schools No. 82 and 103.
The distance to the supermarket "Araz" is about six hundred meters, and the large shopping center "Master Tibot" and the entertainment center "Bem Baki" are located nearby. Residents of the newly built building can drink coffee at Noosh and Shakh Lounge cafes, located a five-minute walk away.

"Baku-passenger" is less than five kilometers from the central railway station, and nine and a half kilometers from the international bus station.
