Location
Residential complex is located in Baku, next to Narimanov Park, seven kilometers from the center of the capital.
There are no big busy roads nearby, it is about one kilometer to the nearest industrial zone. The district is well developed and allows residents of the new complex to enjoy all the benefits of city life.

Residential complex consists of two fifteen-story buildings designed with the application of decor in classic industrial style according to national traditions.
The buildings are built with environmentally safe materials, according to the project, the housings have a solid monolithic frame, and are built on a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation. The facades of buildings are insulated and covered with decorative plaster. The new building is equipped with modern engineering systems that ensure uninterrupted operation of technical equipment.
"Sigma" freight and passenger elevators are installed in the blocks. At the entrance, doors with password locks and intercom systems are installed.

The development of the complex includes the following elements:

- wide roads for special transport and cars;
- modern children's playground with safe slides and natural protection cover;

Transportation
The nearest metro station "Nariman Narimanov" is not more than one hundred and fifty meters away. There is an overground public transport stop within a three-minute walk, and three bus routes run in the neighborhood with a minimum interval of five minutes.
The Central Passenger Railway Station is approximately four kilometers away, while the bus station is eight and a half kilometers away.
