Location
Residential Complex is located in the Khatai district of Baku, near Sevgi Park, three and a half kilometers from the center. A goods station is located a few hundred meters from the new complex, which must be taken into account when choosing a place of residence. Yusif Safarov Street, which is quite busy, passes nearby.
Environment
Near the complex there is everything that the city dwellers might need. There are several shops nearby, including grocery stores, supermarkets, and shopping centers. The nearest entertainment center "Bem Baki" is a little more than a hundred meters away.
In the neighborhood there are medical centers, city clinical hospital No. 2 named after Efendiyeva, Leyla Shikhlinskaya hospital for adults, central Neftchiler hospital, emergency station, republican perinatal center. School No. 177 and several kindergartens are located within a kilometer radius.
Architecture
Residential complex has been put into operation since the beginning of 2017. The new building consists of two multi-storey multi-apartment residential buildings connected by the facilities built next to it. Buildings are built with environmentally safe materials using modern technologies.
Each building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and a continuous monolithic foundation. The outer walls are made of red bricks with a thickness of fifty centimeters. The facades of the new building are covered with environmentally safe, long-term thermal insulation.
Buildings are equipped with:
- with modern engineering systems, high-speed silent freight and passenger elevators installed in blocks;
- centralized video surveillance system;
- general fire protection system;
- water reservoir for fire extinguishing;
- intercom systems;
- emergency water supply system.
There are shops, cafes, offices and other commercial facilities on the first and second floors of the complex. Among the improvement elements:
- underground parking equipped with automatic entry system;
- a recreation area with a fountain and canopied seating areas equipped with walkways;
- playground;
- kindergarten;
- highways, sidewalks.
Regular cleaning, garbage collection and lights were installed in the territory of the complex. Facades are regularly cleaned. Garbage tanks are planned to be placed in isolated farms.
Transportation available
Seven bus routes pass near the complex, traffic is organized with a minimum interval of five minutes. The nearest metro station "Shah Ismayil Khatai" is located at a distance of six hundred meters.
