The location of the new building
Residential complex is located in Khatai district of Baku, one hundred and fifty meters from the intersection of Ganja avenue with Zigh highway. Cottage-style houses predominate around the new construction, this is a new microdistrict with a developing infrastructure.
Environment
There are several small shops and beauty salons in the neighborhood of the complex. It is a ten-minute walk to the nearby general education school No. 191, school No. 265, as well as kindergartens No. 271, 233 and 222. It is a little more than a kilometer to children's polyclinic No. 8. The Ukrainian restaurant and the European cuisine "Soloha" are the same distance away. To get to the cinema, you have to walk almost three kilometers.
Transportation available
There is a bus stop near the new complex. There are five routes with a minimum travel interval of six minutes. The nearest metro station "Hazi Aslanov" is located half an hour's walk away, and it is possible to reach it by bus in five minutes. Heydar Aliyev International Airport is eighteen kilometers away.
Architecture
