Location
Residential complex is located at the intersection of Shirin Mirzayev and Imadaddin Nasimi streets, Nizami district, Baku city.
There are no large industrial enterprises nearby, which affect the state of ecology, but the highways passing through the neighborhood are quite busy. It is quite far from the center, more than twelve kilometers.
Environmental infrastructure
There are two high schools and general education school No. 214 next to the new complex. This place is not bad for parents of children of preschool age, because there are four kindergartens within a radius of eight hundred meters. At a distance of six hundred meters, there is a Children's Creativity center with many different departments and associations.
A polyclinic for adults is located just two hundred meters away, and maternity home No. 7 is half a kilometer away, and a little later, there is a larger medical center. Among the entertainment establishments where you can go with the whole family, there is only "Tabriz" cinema, but you need to spend about fifteen minutes to get there. Nevertheless, there are several cafes, pizzerias and children's favorite "Mcdonald's" nearby.
Parameters of the complex
Complex is being built in four stages - the first stage was commissioned in the first half of 2018. The newly built complex consists of two sixteen-story buildings designed in a uniform style. The buildings are equipped with modern engineering communications and silent high-speed elevators.
Each building has a solid reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation. The buildings have a flat roof covered with waterproofing and equipped with rainwater drainage. The facades of the housings are insulated. Glazing of windows with energy protection feature is performed. But balconies and loggias are not glazed.
Own infrastructure
The complex has a landscaped area, it is planned according to the project:
- modern playground with swings and slides;
- recreation area with fountain;
- parking spaces for guests' cars;
- underground parking;
- greening of the area.
- In the yard of the complex, lights, playgrounds are installed, areas not reserved for lawns and driveways are covered with paving slabs.
Transport exchange
The transport infrastructure is very well organized. Fifteen bus routes operate in the neighborhood with a minimum interval of five minutes. There are three ground transportation stops nearby, each about five hundred meters away. "Neftchilar" and "Gara Garayev" metro stations are located seven hundred meters away. It is about twelve kilometers to "Baku-Passanger" railway station.
