"Ankara Baki" secondary school is located just a few minutes' walk from the new complex, followed by the Azerbaijan University of Languages, the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, and the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy. There is also a children's hospital number 6 very close by. You can shop at the "Rahat" supermarket and the "Ganclik Mall" shopping center.
If we talk about well-known objects near the residential complex, it is the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center, T. Bahramov Stadium, Ritz Charlton Hotel Baku and Baku Congress Center. Description of the residential complex
The residential complex consists of seven buildings with 14 floors. The first floor is planned for commercial facilities, and the underground floor will house a garage. The inner courtyard created by the buildings will be closed to outsiders, video surveillance is installed and protected.
