Location
Residential complex is located in Baku, almost in the center of the capital, at the intersection of Vladislav Plotnikov and Mirali Gashkai streets, in a dense part of Khatai district. It is not more than three and a half kilometers to the city hall. A railway line passes six hundred meters away, but a large number of noisy motorways pass in the distance.
Environment
Secondary school No. 35 is not more than one hundred meters away, and three more general education schools - schools No. 151, 164 and 268 - are located within a radius of three hundred meters. Nearby there is music school No. 35 named after Georgi Sharoyev, two kindergartens, as well as polyclinic No. 5 for adults, are located an eight-minute walk away.
It is less than 600 meters from the complex to the Baku State Circus, in the neighborhood there is the Pantomime Theater, as well as five cinemas - Hollywood Platinum, Papa Cinema, Cinema Club World Cinema Baku and "Dostlug". Nearby there are shops of various profiles, shopping centers, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
Transport exchange
It is about one hundred meters from the new building to the surface public transport stop. There are three bus routes nearby with a minimum interval of five minutes. It is only 350 meters to the "28 May" metro station, a ten-minute walk to the railway station, and eight kilometers to the international bus station.
Features of the new building
Residential complex consists of a single-block seventeen-story building built with modern materials using advanced technologies that ensure earthquake resistance, which is necessary for this region.
The monolithic reinforced concrete frame and foundation ensure the high degree of strength of the building, the walls are made of durable, environmentally friendly material - red ceramic bricks. The house has a flat roof, the facade is thermally insulated with long-term mineral wool.
Each apartment has an open unglazed balcony with protective fences with metal bars, large windows provide high insulation of the rooms. There is a block in the building, the house is equipped with:
- two silent, fast elevators - one passenger and one passenger elevator;
- emergency power supply system with backup power generator;
- central engineering communications, including hot water, heat and gas;

In the territory of the complex
Roads and pedestrian paths have been arranged near the house, and street lighting devices have been installed. The territory of the new complex is closed to outsiders and is guarded day and night, a video surveillance system has been organized, an underground parking lot has been built, and there are places for temporary parking of vehicles. A children's playground and a recreation area have been created. Shops and other infrastructure facilities are located on the first floor.
