In the neighborhood there is a post office, a bar, several banks, shops and the railway hospital number 1. Nearby there is an entertainment center, numerous cafes and restaurants, grocery stores and a large shopping center.
Six hundred meters away is the elite gymnasium named after Ilyas Efendiyev. It is about one kilometer to the kindergarten named after Alim Mammadov. Seven hundred meters away is the central Neftchilar hospital.
About transportation
"Jafar Jabbarli" metro station is located five hundred meters away, and the bus stop located on the street named after Gulara Aliyeva is a little more than a hundred meters away. The journey to the international airport will take about half an hour.
Architecture
Residential complex consists of nine one-block fourteen-story buildings occupying four hectares of land.
Each building has a strong reinforced concrete frame, seven buildings have a flat roof, two houses are built with a roof covered with sheet metal tiles. The buildings have high earthquake resistance indicators, their facades are made with long-term ecologically safe thermal insulation that meets modern requirements and ensures the necessary level of energy efficiency.
Houses are covered with decorative plaster and natural stone applied ventilation systems. Its facades are decorated with semi-circular windows and unusual-shaped balconies on the lower floors, painted with different shades of brown.
Apartments have glazed loggias and open non-glazed balconies. The window units are made with an energy-saving profile and are glazed with double glazing.
Central engineering communications of the city, including hot water and gas, are laid in the buildings. Each house has one freight and two passenger elevators. Intercoms are installed at the entrance of the blocks.
Renovation work
