Information about the house
The foundation of the residential complex, which is being built in a large area between the "Gara Garayev" and "Koroglu" metro stations, near the highway, was laid in the summer of 2015. The fact that it is close to the metro stations, Heydar Aliyev avenue and the road to the international airport gives the building an additional advantage and ensures the convenience of the future residents.
The 16-storey complex with a large courtyard with a children's playground made of greenery and trees will also include various shops, catering facilities and a kindergarten. The fittings used in the construction of ready-to-live-in apartments are the product of an old factory in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia. To ensure earthquake resistance, we use high-quality, chemical-free "B-25" concrete made in Ukraine.
The molds used to make the concrete better and smoother belong to the German company "Peri", which is considered the leader in Europe. The buildings will be insulated with stone wool material so that the apartments are warm in winter and cool in summer.
Famous Turkish "Firat" pipes will be used in the building. Plastic "PVC" windows produced by German technology will be used.
The apartments are equipped with fabric-based "Limonta" wallpapers made in Italy and the famous Turkish "E.C.A." bathroom accessories of the company will be chosen by the wishes of our future residents. The bathroom tiles are made in Spain.
The passenger and freight elevators in the building are manufactured in Turkey, and the motors are from the well-known Italian company "Sicor".
Residents will be able to go directly to the apartments from the large parking lot under the building, which is protected by a video-surveillance system and a security service 24 hours a day.
