About the location
Residential complex is located in Nizami district of Baku, 2.5 km from "Zorge" park. The complex is located in an actively developing microdistrict. The nearest major highway passes by the house. An industrial zone is located nearby.
Local infrastructure
There is a grocery store, a supermarket and several cafes in the neighborhood of the new building. There is a dental clinic and pharmacy, restaurants, hotels, various shops, a shopping center and car dealerships within half a kilometer radius. "Bravo" hypermarket and food market are not more than fifteen minutes walking distance.
One kilometer away is the Republican Treatment Diagnostic Center and the General Military Hospital. Polyclinic No. 20, "Khat tibb" clinic, Republican Oncology Center, Experimental Hospital, Scientific Surgery Center named after MA Topchubashov, Republican Hospital and several other treatment facilities are located at a distance of one and a half kilometers.
The Faculty of Humanities of the Azerbaijan University is located very close to the residential complex. The nearest kindergarten is a five-minute walk away. Within walking distance are Technical Education Center, Baku University for girls, Azerbaijan Medical University, Baku "Asia" University, high school, secondary schools No. 14, 13 and 52.
Transportation
A convenient transportation hub near the new building will allow you to easily go to any district of Baku. There are many bus routes near the residential complex, the minimum interval of which is five minutes. It is possible to reach the nearest metro station "20 Janvar" in fifteen minutes.
"Baku-passenger" central railway station is five kilometers away. The International Bus Station is located at approximately the same distance, and Heydar Aliyev Airport can be reached in 40 minutes.
Parameters of the complex
Residential complex is a seventeen-story house consisting of five blocks, designed in a modern architectural style, taking into account the possibilities of construction technologies and the demand for comfortable ergonomic housing.
During construction, high-quality environmentally safe materials are used. Application of advanced technologies ensures seismic resistance of 9 points on the Richter scale. Complex is a new house with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and brick walls. The facade is insulated with an effective long-life heat insulator and finished with ceramic granite. The facade is illuminated at night.
The complex is equipped with:
- Cargo and passenger elevators made in Korea;
- all necessary engineering communications;
- equipped with modern technological equipment.
Both individual heating and central heating system are provided in the residential complex. The house is equipped with gas. Intercom systems are installed at the entrance of the blocks. Stairs and entrance groups are decorated with marble and granite.
Characteristics of landscaping works
The enclosures of the complex create a closed comfortable courtyard. Day and night video surveillance cameras are installed in the entire courtyard area and the complex, as well as a security service. Near the house there are roads for pedestrians and cars. Plants were planted and lanterns were installed.
Near the new building, there are places for temporary parking of guest transport, as well as a two-story underground parking with video surveillance cameras at the entrance / exit and an electronic release system. On the territory of the residential complex, a playground with swings and a sports field for children to play is being built. Relaxation areas with canopied seating areas and small architectural forms are created for the new residents.
The lower floor of the new building has storage rooms where residents can store bicycles and seasonal items. In addition, areas are also provided for infrastructure facilities. The newly constructed building will have a fitness center with two gymnasiums that are only accessible to residents.
