The construction of the residential complex is being carried out on Sattar Bahlulzade Street, where Ziya Bunyatov and Azadlig avenues intersect, in the Binagadi district of Baku. From here, it is less than 2 km to the President's residence and a number of other well-known facilities. General description of the new building
Residential complex is a 16-story building consisting of four buildings located in an angular shape. Classical architecture with light-colored facades, which add dynamism to the building, is equipped with large-scale panoramic windows. All communication systems in the house, including heating and hot water supply, are centralized.

Video surveillance cameras and a security service operate 24 hours a day in the courtyard of the newly renovated building. The area is also equipped with a playground and places for recreation.
