Location of the new complex
Residential complex is being built in a well-developed area in Baku near the "28 May" metro station and one and a half kilometers from the seashore. A scenic park named after Nikola Tesla is located near the new building, and Heydar Aliyev Park can be reached in nine minutes.
The only drawback of the location of the complex is that it is located close to the "Baku - passenger" railway station and the railway at a distance of about 200 meters.
What's in the neighborhood?
There is a fairly rich infrastructure here, everything a city dweller might need is nearby.
Near the complex there are several large shopping centers such as "28 Mall", chain supermarkets, shops, including food, cafes and fashionable restaurants, bars and fast food establishments, pharmacies, bank branches, various entertainment venues. It is only 350 meters to the cinema, and a kilometer away is the railway hospital.
The presence of many educational and pre-school institutions in the vicinity will also be welcome for families living in this region with children. The London Academy education center and A-Level school are 200 meters away. Within a kilometer radius there are NCC Education University, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, general education school number 46, Baku Choreography Academy, Azerbaijan Language University and several kindergartens.
Transport exchange
The parking lot is located next to the complex, which can be reached in two minutes. Bus routes No. 5 and No. 11 operate on Shah Ismail Khatai Avenue with a minimum interval of five minutes.
Apart from "28 May" metro station, there is "Jafar Jabbarli" station, 550 meters away, two to three minutes away. "Sahil" station is located one and a half kilometers from the residential complex, and "Nizami" station is located 1.8 km away. Heydar Aliyev Airport can be reached in less than half an hour by car.
Parameters of the complex
Residential complex consists of multi-storey buildings connected by a single stylobate. The builder applies advanced technologies that allow to ensure 8-point seismic resistance and good indicators of energy efficiency of the apartments.
The new building has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, the facade is warmed with a long-lasting, environmentally safe heat insulator, decorated with rear windows and eaves.
The complex is supplied with gas, a centralized heating system and hot water. The supply of the new complex includes:
- Emergency power system with backup generator;
- silent high-speed KONE elevators;
- fire alarm system;
- necessary technological equipment.
- Renovation work
According to the project, a closed comfortable courtyard for outsiders will be created on the roof of the stylobate in residential complex. A security service will operate in the complex, video surveillance cameras will be installed in the area day and night.
Next to the new building, as well as in the yard, walkways and paths covered with paving slabs are being built. A safe children's play area, benches for adults, gazebos, small architectural forms and recreation areas with walking paths are installed on the operational roof of the stylobate. The field is equipped for playing sports. There will even be a small fountain here.
Decorative trees and bushes are planted in the yard of the complex and flower beds are planted nearby. A large underground parking is being built for residents, where you can go down by elevator from each floor. Shops, restaurants and other important infrastructure facilities will be located on the lower floor of the new building.
