The location of the new complex
Residential complex is located seven and a half kilometers from the city hall on 20 Janvar street, 5th microdistrict of Nasimi district of Baku. It is a well-developed area without industrial establishments, a few hundred meters from the nearest major highway.
Environment
The new building will be comfortable for families with children of different ages. School No. 54 is located a few tens of meters away, and secondary schools No. 211, 240, 111 and N. Mammadov No. 9, as well as kindergartens No. 146 and 96 are located within a kilometer and a half radius. The distance to the "Garabag Cinema" cinema is not more than two hundred meters. A supermarket is a five-minute walk away.
Transport available
It is not more than two hundred meters to the public transport stop. Next to the new complex, there are six bus routes with a minimum stop of six minutes. "Memar Ajami" metro station is located two minutes' walk away.
The international bus station is about fifteen minutes' walk away, and the Heydar Aliyev International Airport is about twenty-eight kilometers away.
Parameters of the complex
Residential complex consists of four seventeen-story buildings, designed in the same style, taking into account the high level of comfort and seismic activity of the region where the construction is carried out.Buildings are made of reinforced concrete and red brick, maximum earthquake resistance is determined by a solid foundation and a monolithic frame. The outer walls of the houses are thermally insulated and covered with a system of ventilated panels, energy-saving glazing of the windows is carried out. The apartments have unglazed open balconies, which is common for the vast majority of new buildings in Baku.
The project envisages the installation of modern equipment, which includes:
- emergency power generator;
- emergency hot and cold water supply system;
- Two silent passenger and one freight elevator of the Kone brand.

Residents of the new complex are provided with a two-story underground parking lot, from where you can immediately go up to your floor by elevator. A temporary parking lot is planned next to the housings.
