Features of new construction
Residential complex consists of two buildings defined in a single stylobate with a height varying from fifteen to seventeen floors. Houses are built using advanced technology materials that ensure high seismic resistance according to the standards accepted for this region.
The flat roof is arranged in the form of a terrace cascade. Each building will have a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and foundation, and the walls will be made of red ceramic brick masonry. The builder insulates the outer surface of the facades with a long-term energy-saving heat insulator.
