A meeting took place with members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economy in the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry. The event discussed issues of property management, activities of the Public Council and the contribution that it can make to the process of public participation.
Chief of the State Service Matin Eynullayev emphasized the significance of cooperation with the Public Council, and delivered information about the measures implemented in the field of real estate registration, privatization of state property, organization of state land management, cadastral registration and other areas. In addition, the Chief of the Service made the members of the Public Council aware of the inventory work carried out and the unified information platform created in the liberated territories. The meeting underlined the importance of the participation of civil society institutions in the activities of central executive bodies in the prescribed form, public consultations and consideration of public opinion. As reported, the State Service places a high priority on public consultation in terms of improving the availability of services, increasing efficiency and transparency, and ensuring citizen satisfaction.
Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics and Chairman of the Public Council Adalat Muradov voiced the usefulness of the meeting in terms of expanding a healthy dialogue with society and strengthening relations with civil society institutions.The meeting provided an exchange of views on the organization of communication between the State Service and the Public Council, and heard proposals, with the discussion of areas of cooperation.
