In 2022, the real estate market in Azerbaijan increased by 2.6%, compared to 1.63% last year, and increased again at the beginning of the year.
The Property Azerbaijan expert team conducted research and obtained results about this.
When talking about the state of the real estate market, it should be emphasized that the maximum price per square meter in Azerbaijan is 4,375 manats, and the minimum price is 700 manats.
"During this year, the price of one square meter of private residences and garden houses increased by 1.9% and decreased by 2.72% during the same period of the year. The average price in the apartment rental market increased by 12 manats to 767 manats. Prices per square meter decreased by 0.13%. instead, it decreased from 7.97% to 7.96%. According to the land market, the prices increased by 7.59% compared to the previous year. "The rent of the facilities has already increased slightly and increased by 6.85%."
Our experts noted that the most expensive apartments were purchased in Narimanov and Sabail Nasimi districts:
"The average price of expensive apartments in the city was 3,079 manats during the month and decreased by 0.96% in May. Compared to the same period last year, the price of expensive apartments increased by 4.34%. The average price of cheap apartments is 1,336 AZN, according to usage, there was a decrease of 0.16% per month. Compared to the same period last year, there was an increase of 1.14%.
The highest price for one square meter is 7,000 manats, and no higher price can be found."
